MAIN FINANCIAL PARAMETERS

Methodology note: Investment costs and cashflows are expressed as the difference between the ones resulting from the selected configuration and the ones resulting from a condominium without any electrification strategy (installed technologies: no PV panels, collective boiler to satisfy heat demand, individual air conditioning for cool demand, no electric cars).

Strong variation in annual cashflow are explained by the need (or lack of) to re-buy a certain asset at the end of its lifetime.
